What we need you to do
You would be on the Customer Support team, providing the first line of assistance to our valued customers who may need help using our services.
Interaction with the customer would be done through on-line ticket request, emails and telephone calls.
You would be empowered to resolve most every issue, but a team of engineers will have your back if the issue is more technical in nature.
You would track issues through to resolution and follow up with the customer, letting them know things have been taken care of promptly.
Knowledge, skills and abilities
Candidates must enjoy problem solving with customers, have professional telephone acumen and solid writing skills.
An ideal candidate for this position would be someone who enjoys learning about and playing with various types of technology. Experience working with computer networks or basic software programming skills would be a huge plus.
Candidate must have solid experience with Microsoft Office tools and/or other online ticketing systems.
Although entry level, this position can be a stepping stone to higher level positions within our company. We are always looking to reward amazing talent and team members that exhibit a can-do attitude.
This is a full time position, so applicants need to be willing to work 40 hours a week.
