We’ll test your network with a small device that mimics typical voice traffic. After 5 business days, we’ll have a better idea if your existing internet will get you the results you want. If it’s not quite there, we’ll work with you and your provider to rectify service.
With our Network Monitoring Service, we’ll install a firewall appliance that will monitor your network 24/7. This device will ensure your bandwidth is used efficiently, and will prioritize and route voice traffic first. It will also alert us if something isn’t running smoothly.

Once we’ve gotten through the discovery phase, it’s time to get your system activated.

We’ll set up a call flow meeting to configure your system exactly the way you want – ring groups, auto attendant, voicemail, etc.
